- The TOOL Ecosystem
-
The TOOL ecosystem is aimed at hitting the data pain points of the current e-commerce platform. As an important and unique production resource, data has attracted more and more attention from countries around the world. The openness, sharing, circulation, and privacy of data have become difficult problems in the process of data resource development and utilization.
-
The TOOL ecosystem uses a blockchain technology and DS-PBFT consensus algorithm to build a transparent, secure, and distributed big data platform. All digital assets can utilise OLO tokens generated by several DIG chains to carry out transfers and exchange. Specifically, users’ effective behavior in the application such as registration, consumption, browsing advertisements, liveliness, etc. will be converted from the system into a behavioral value tag (IBD’s numerical unit, BT, and any other units confirmed by the company entering the ecosystem). These numerical units are recorded on the blockchain and accumulated through valid digital certificates of value markers (eg. BT) to obtain OLO tokens, which can be used to make full payments in the ecosystem and/or stored for appreciation.
-
Therefore, the more active the user is, the more BTs can be obtained, and the more OLOs can be mined, so as to achieve win-win results between businesses and consumers in this user sharing platform. BTs that users obtain everyday is limited to the amount of OLO tokens released that particular day according to his/her personal total network behavior value mark (eg. BT). Behavioral data generated from the TOOL ecosystem is also more comprehensive, credible, and systematic since consumers are incentivised to sharing their personal behaviour data.

What TOOL Does and How It Works
As an important and unique production resource, data has attracted more and more attention from countries all over
the world. In the process of data resource development and utilization, data opening, sharing, circulation and privacy
protection have become difficult problems.
The TOOL ecosystem uses a blockchain technology and DS_PBFT consensus algorithm to build a transparent, secure, and
distributed big data platform. All digital assets can utilise OLO tokens generated by several gold chains to carry
out transfers and exchange.
Open Ecology Mechanisms
OLO-centric API can realize both a consistent flow of data and the circulation of OLO. On TOOL’s platform, all user behavioral
data, digital currency, and consumption activities are recorded on the blockchain, and qualifying user behavior can
be further converted into OLO. For enterprise users, data purchases are transacted in OLO, and this further promotes
the value circulation of the behavior-data-asset cycle. Each user has a separate node, and all financial records are
shared, ensuring that OLO remains fully transparent. Also, in countries where such a structure is legal, all transactions
on the OLO ecosystem, whether purchasing data or behavior, must be transacted with OLO tokens as the sole means of
exchange.
Business applications: in addition to allowing users to mine OLO, our platform also provides numerous OLO application
scenarios in order to attract users and improve user loyalty; these include advertising applications, e-commerce payment
systems, cross-border e-commerce payment systems, prepaid gaming transactions, in-store retail payment systems, travel,
crowd-funding, and other features.
Behavioral Pattern Mining Model
1)Basic incentive model
Any transaction that generates business value or requires payment from a user can be considered as qualifying behavior
and will be converted to the appropriate BT value tag and recorded on the blockchain. Therefore, the increase in the
numeric value of BT effectively maps increases in the commercial value and productivity of user behavior, and the
results of all work done on this shared platform. The higher the value of user behavioral markers on the platform
each day, the more value the platform produces. There is no upper limit on the total number of behavioral value markers.
The temporal data recording method of the blockchain makes it easy to analyze a user’s behavioral data to prevent
fraud and falsification. Users will also authorize the platform to send push notifications and confirmation tasks
when necessary, allowing verification of the user’s identity and confirmation of their desired action after the completion
of the specified task, after which a guaranteed authentic behavioral value mark will be obtained. When the user's
personal or activity data has been anonymized for sharing on TOOL’s big data platform, OLO can also be given as a
reward-based incentive.
2)User-Customized Incentive Models
Different enterprises have need for different types of user behavior data. For example, clothing retailers would
place a higher importance on clothing purchaseing preferences, while eating habits are more important to food businesses. As
a result, TOOL provides a customizable incentive model creation system for our enterprise users. These users can thus
set their own individual standards to provide incentives for user behavior. users can also set different reward levels
for different types of user behavior according to the degree of importance of each variable. This allows our partners
on the ecosystem to each be able to set up their own personal incentive model that lets them develop the user profiles
they need.
Establish Credit System Supporting Four Major Services
To operate the platform’s four primary service systems, we will also establish a blockchain-based OLO credit system, and
based on that credit system, we will provide four types of services covering all of our users:
Information services
,We can provide a variety of instant messaging services that can transmit a variety of information
formats (including text, voice recordings, images, video, and multimedia formats).
Transaction services
,We can display transaction information through our IT system, and also provide transactional
and matching services.
Financing services
,We can provide an array of financial services including crowdfunding, trading, equity, and
technology cooperation matching services, and also provide your projects with risk control financing matching services.
The following is based on our patented Investment Model 4.
Settlement services
,We can provide payment, clearing, and conversion services for all types of platform participants.
TOOL's Profit Model
TOOL is a big data service platform based on blockchain technology. The source of profit from our data services mainly comes
from three sources:
1)1) Franchise and membership fees:
Enterprises that enter the TOOL platform for access/participation to big data and blockchain resources may have to
pay a franchise and membership fee to the platform. These are transacted through OLO tokens.
2) Various data services:
TOOL provides various data services for organizations at a service fee, including data analysis, the provision of
standardized data query interfaces, and other customized services. These services can meet a variety of business needs,
such as auditing and supervision.
3)Blockchain-derived applications
TOOL can help businesses effectively attract and retain customers through a number of blockchain-derived applications,
such as advertising, games, other features and applications, for an appropriate service fee. Consumers will be directed
to view advertisements targeted for them and receive OLO rewards for doing so.
TOOL's Governance Framework
TOOL is a decentralized platform. Its main operating body, IBD Technology, is legally responsible for the development, promotion, and operation of TOOL and its applications, and bears all relevant responsibilities deriving therefrom. The WOLOT Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) is a non-profit organization owned and operated by Singapore Limited, and is registered in Singapore. The Foundation is responsible for the construction, promotion, and operation of the entire TOOL community. The main purpose of the TOOL open community is to attract and serve technology developers and institutions, and to constantly optimize and upgrade the entire TOOL ecosystem, including its development tools and applications.
